Ok. Sorry the last message was a little short. I was testing it to see if i was typing things in the right box. So, what's new with Erin.... well.... first of all, i just got back from Atlanta Christmas Conference with Campus Crusade. Incredible!! My friend, Kathryn (who is on staff with camp.cru. and a little bit of a "mentor" to me) practically dragged me there saying it would be one of the best experiences as a college-er (new word). I was thinking "yeah, yeah, yeah." BUT... she was right! ( I really should listen to that girl more often) I learned sooo much, and met about 10 best friends ( a lot of them from other schools like UCF and Ole Miss) ! And guess who else was there with her school that I had no clue at all was coming.... surprise! Maggie Mansfield!! So, we got to spend almost 5 days together which was AWE -SOME!

I don't even know where to start as far as things learned on this trip. I wish I had my notes right in front of me. But, in general, the conference was about evangelism. But it wasn't just "how to tell your friends about Jesus" it was more of a 2-part thing : 1, where you look at your own heart and decide if you're really as committed to Christ as you think; and 2, developing a "heart of flesh" that stings for people who don't know the Lord. It was very convicting and extremely motivating. Please pray for me! I definitely have my work cut out for me on this campus and especially at Tridelt (my sorority). I have to run to class, but I will finish this later. Drive safely on your way back to school--- and hey! come visit me in the SWAMP on your way up:)

Hello all my friends in xanga-land! :) I'm still a little rusty on this whole thing, so sorry if my entries are a little LAME. I hope everyone is having a great x-mas break.... i am already back at school! horrible how short UF's break is!! And, already messing things up! I think i'm developing dislexia, b/c today i read the wrong time on my schedule and got to class an HOUR early! geeeeese! But, hey, now i can write in my Xanga to all of you since i have some time to kill at the library:)
